How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Gymlooked Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How Gymlooked Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How we dealt with your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said and done.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Gymlooked Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@gymlooked.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached out to us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What went wrong and what result you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Next we will review the matter, which could include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Not Satisfied With Our Answer?
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
